Artistic mediation

Because the Centre des Arts (CDA) believes the joy of discovery extends well beyond the boundaries of any exhibition or performance, we foster interaction between artists, their works and their audiences in a multitude of different ways.

A programme tailored to you!

To excite your curiosity regarding all aspects of our lineup, we can provide you with a video and photo presentation that will help you devise your own programme of the season’s events transitioning between artistic disciplines.

Should any of our projects be of special interest to you, we can also arrange for you to meet the artists who devised them to enable you to explore them in more depth.

We also organise guided tours, free of charge, of all our exhibitions for groups of 10 or more people. You can also take advantage of reduced rates for all performances.

The public relations team at the Centre des Arts devises arts awareness projects geared towards the specific interests of our various partners.

With higher education

A partner of the Cultural Mediation and Promotion of Arts programme at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, the CDA participates in developing learning content and supports students through the academic year.

The CDA also supports students working on tutored projects as part of the Communication Services and Networks diploma programme at Bobigny University Institute of Technology. The centre also works in collaboration with Sarcelles University Institute of Technology, the University of Cergy, Cergy School of Fine Arts, University of Paris 8 in Saint-Denis and the University of Paris 13 in Villetaneuse.

With art lovers

The CDA invites artists from the season to take part in workshops at music schools, dance schools and other arts venues.

It enjoys close partnerships with the following establishments: Enghien École de Musique et de Danse, the Centre Culturel François Villon, the Voix du Lac choir, recreation centres, the La Maison du Lac d'Enghien-les-Bains association, the À Corps Danse de Saint-Leu-La-Forêt association and Argenteuil arts conservatory.

With schools

The CDA works in partnership with Versailles Local Education Office, the regional school inspectorates, the Regional Cultural Affairs Directorate for Île-de-France and the General Councils of Val-d’Oise and Île-de-France to set up arts initiatives—including art and culture education projects, arts workshops and artist residencies—with primary, middle and secondary schools in Enghien-les-Bains and Val-d'Oise.
